Everything was great, though we stayed for 1 night only. The staff were accommodating and polite all the time. The room was tidy with great view of the falls, had wake-up service, that's cool;))

All aspects of the hotel were very good, especially location and rooms.

The weather was wonderful, had very mediocre stay for the two nights. The reception was friendly with courteous staff. Booked a room with gorgeous views of the Tower Hotel.

It was fairly clean inside. The room was unique with exceptionally comfortable beds. We truly enjoyed the full English breakfast.

Tidy, picturesque location, perfect view of cathedral, particularly good breakfast. Room was airy and exquisite, at least for me. Location just off waterfall as well as many restaurants. The service was excellent in my opinion. What's more, I had to pay $ 10 per 24 hours for internet access.

Absolutely stunning view, efficient service, amazing beds. They offered lots of options for full English breakfast. Don't forget to explore Fallsview district. Moreover, it was adjacent to the police and this railway and the falls too.

Grounds were kept very neat, breakfast was free. Room had a big enough bathroom and TV set, floor to ceiling windows and closet space.

The place was absolutely gorgeous and quite clean, it had superb staff and rooms. Good sized bedrooms and fine beds. Perfect experience there.

It has good sized rooms. They have on-site restaurant called TGI Fridays. Every time in Niagara Falls we stay in this hotel.

Worth its 4 stars. This hotel was amazing base for exploring Niagara Falls, really enjoyed it. The bed was comfortable and pillows too. By the way, we paid extra CAD 10 per 24 hours for WiFi connection.

ihop was 5 mins walk away. the location was great. the hotel's setting was next to such tourist attractions as butterfly conservatory. fallsview district is worth your attention.
